Home For The Holidays Workout

It’s December! That can mean travel, family, food, and a big disruption to routine.

The holidays are fun, but let’s face it, stressful too. The various events, meetings, and travel can cut into your regular workouts and rob you of needed stress relief.

Well, never fear, we have a home workout you can do with little-to-no equipment!

Packing With A Workout In Mind

Traveling for the holidays? Let’s prepare. Pack an outfit or two. If you have workout bands, bring them — they don’t take up much space and are versatile. Some other useful travel go-tos are a collapsible foam roller and exercise sliders

Now that you’re packed for the workout, what to do for your workout? Below is a list of exercises and a video you can follow along with.
