Classes and Trainings

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a max of four (4) people training together where world-class coaching on technique and form is combined with the support, encouragement and community that comes from working out in a small group.

Personal Training

One-on-one private training with a personalized training plan designed with your body and your goals in mind.

Badass Strength

A HIIT-style workout that uses kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight. We’ll use fewer overall movements and encourage you to pick heavier weights so we can focus on building badass strength.

Circuit Fun

Join the fun in this full body strength training circuit! Alternate between upper body, lower body and core exercises to challenge your muscles and build cardio at the same time in this fitness extravaganza!

Mobility Mojo

This is the class where we’ll grease up those joints and get ’em moving. We’ll also challenge you to develop strength and control of your movable joints.

Sweatin’ to 80’s

This is our cardiovascular conditioning class where you’ll get your heart a-racin’ while remembering just how awesome 80’s music is.

Ahhhh the Recovery Class

It can’t be all high-intensity, all the time. Your body needs some recovery time so it can actually benefit from all of the other work you do. Your mind needs some recovery time, too. In this class, we’ll do both. Join us for a class that will calm your nervous system, help you roll and stretch out those aching muscles and create a general feeling of ahhhhhh.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates is a super fun dance-on-the-mat! it’s an incredible fusion of total-body defining moves choreographed to upbeat POP music! This mat-based workout challenges students to flow from one exercise to the next, while leaving no muscle untouched.
