Small Group Training is the evolution of traditional one-on-one personal training. It gives you personalized coaching with your body and your goals in mind. Your coach will instruct you on technique and form combined with the support, encouragement and community that comes from working out in a small group.
We restrict the groups to a maximum of four (4) people so you get best-in-class coaching with the added bonus of new training friends!
A flexible schedule
Choose your training times that work for your life with our morning, afternoon and evening training sessions. No need to commit to a specific day and time, unless you want to!
Set goals
Whether or not you have goals already, our coaches can help you create them, if needed, but will also cheer and support you along your journey to reaching those goals!
