Cancellation

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you need to cancel your gym membership. We’re sorry to see you go and hope that you’ll join us again in the future! Before you cancel: Do you know about Reimagym’s options for freezing your membership?

If you still want to Cancel, you only need to do one thing: Book a 20-30 minute zoom call with us to let us know. We will take care of the cancelation form and answer any questions you might have about the process. Painless, we promise.

Quick note about cancelling your membership.

• For Gold memberships you can cancel at anytime, after your initial 8-week commitment, with 14-Days notice before your last billing date.
•  For Glitter memberships if you do not want your membership to auto renew for another year, we need at least 14-Days notice before your renewal date.
• If you are canceling your membership early (Glitter prior to your auto renew date. Gold prior to your 8-week commitment) there is an early cancellation fee of $350.00
