Say no more! Our Online Training Membership could be perfect for you! Your program can be designed for working out at home or at your local gym, and the membership fee is $199.00 billed every four (4) weeks.
With our Online Training Program you’ll get:
- A program tailored to your body, designed with your specific goals in mind.
- A new program every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on your training needs.
- Weekly email check-ins with your coach.
- Monthly video check-ins and reassessment with your coach.
How it works
Regardless of the training program you choose, the membership itself is the same. It’s $199.00 every four (4) weeks with an initial 12-week commitment. After the initial 12-weeks, it’s a month-to-month commitment, with 30-Days notice to cancel.
Before, or after, you purchase your Online Training membership you will schedule a time to talk about your goals, health history and any injuries that you you may have or have experienced.
After you purchase your membership we’ll send you some instructions to send us a video of your moment screen. This video assessment, along with your goals, we will help us design a program specifically for you.
Based on how often you choose to workout in a week, we will update your training program every 4-8 weeks. Your training program is uploaded to an app and you ‘check in’ your workouts in this app. You are also able to leave notes or questions for us in the app about your workout or a specific exercise.

In both programs we create a customized workout plan based on your goals and how you are moving. A workout plan for everyday badasses who are looking for great strength training and conditioning that keeps their joints healthy and strong.

Get Circus Strong
Want to get really strong while maintaining balance in your body and improving your functional mobility for circus? Let us help.
The Get Circus Strong Program is designed to build the three qualities every circus artist/athlete needs: mobility, stability and strength.
With your goals and your body in mind, we will put together a plan that not only helps you to get strong, but will help to keep your body resilient.
And, if you keep at it, you’ll stay circus strong for life.
This is about the long game.
Circus demands much of our bodies.
The goal here is to prepare your body for a long and healthy life of circus.
This is where strength and conditioning comes into play.
Your strength and conditioning work shouldn’t injure you…
…now or in the future. If anything, it should make your body stronger, better aligned, resilient and less likely to be injured. It provides an opportunity to develop better mobility, stability and bodily control — all of which will help you to get more out of your circus training.
Because we’re playing the long game, that means it might be a good idea to go a bit slower now so that you can go faster later. It might mean backing off from certain movements in order to shore up any weak areas or muscle imbalances so that we don’t just reinforce a dysfunctional movement pattern.
