Our approach to nutrition is simple, straightforward and science-based. We work with you to create actionable steps that are based on your goals, personal preferences, cultural considerations and lifestyle.

Our 12-week nutritional coaching series involves weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, which can be either in-person or via video chat.

After your first 12-week commitment you will have a coaching call with us to decide if you want to stay on for another 12-weeks, or if you’re ready to go on your own.

Our nutrition coaching series is $250.00 every four (4) weeks.

Prior to our initial appointment, we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out with all the information we need to begin planning action steps.

From there, our weekly sessions are geared towards building sustainable, and most importantly, doable habits that will serve you over the long term.
