FREEZE REQUEST FORM

Hey there! Is it time for a Membership Freeze? Well, in the making your life easy, simply fill out the form below.

Once you submit, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the freeze and will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended.

Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending your Membership term by the length of the freeze.

Freezes can be for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks in duration.

Here are the freeze details based on membership type:

  • Glitter (52-week) Memberships: You may take advantage of four complimentary freezes during the term of your agreement, anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks in duration. Additional weeks will be $10 per week, paid in full before the start of your freeze period.
  • Gold Memberships: Gold Membership freezes are $10 per week, paid in full before the start of your freeze period. Freezes may be anywhere from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks in duration.

Please note: Medical freezes are always complimentary if you provide a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of your freeze. You may, of course, also elect to use one of your complimentary freezes (see above) without providing a doctor’s note.
