Small Group Personal Training is the evolution of traditional one-on-one personal training. It gives you a personalized training plan with your body and your goals in mind, plus world-class coaching on technique and form combined with the support, encouragement and community that comes from working out in a small group.

We restrict the groups to a maximum of three (3) people so you get best-in-class coaching with the added bonus of new training friends!

Group Fitness Class memberships

Our Hybrid Group Fitness Classes happen M-F 6:30am, 12pm & 5:30pm and on Saturdays at 8:15 & 9:45am

What is a hybrid group class? It’s a class where four (4-5) of the spots are in-person and four (3-4) spots are virtual on Zoom.

Our hybrid group classes will give you a well-rounded approach to fitness plus the community feel of doing workouts with friends. We keep the class sizes small so your instructor will know your name and you’ll actually get some best-in-class, personalized coaching! Our coaches modify exercises to keep your body happy and safe. Our approach to fitness centers on teaching you how to move your body well so that you can build strength and burn fat all while keeping your joints healthy and happy.

Our aim is to find your growth zone: the level of challenge that is ideal for you and your body so that you can make progress without ever feeling like everything hurts and you’re dying. Sure, some of our classes are like high-energy dance parties, others focus on core movements, all balanced out with our recovery classes.

Our Virtual Group Classes follow a progressive, 4-week cycle with new workouts every four weeks. (Missed the start of the cycle? No worries. We’ll adjust the workouts to meet you where you’re at.)

  • Circuit Fun (a functional strength circuit that gets your muscles workin’ and your heart a’ pumpin’)
  • Sweatin’ to the 80’s (our cardio conditioning dance party class)

  • Ahhhhh…The Recovery Class (because you can’t sweat all the time)
